About Me.
Hey! I'm Roman, a developer and team lead from Vladivostok, Russia.
These days I lead a development team as Team Lead / CTO, working primarily in Elixir and Phoenix LiveView. Alongside that I build fullstack apps with React and Next.js, mobile apps with Flutter, and websites of any scale — from simple landing pages to complex e-commerce projects on Shopify and WooCommerce.
I'm big on AI-driven development — it helps me ship faster, write cleaner code, and tackle projects that used to be too big for a solo dev.
I work with clients around the globe. I like clear briefs, honest deadlines, and stuff that just works.
