Acceptance of Terms
By engaging my services or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use my services.
Services
I provide web development, mobile app development, eCommerce solutions, and related digital services. The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for each project will be outlined in a separate project agreement or proposal.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you will own the final deliverables created specifically for your project. I retain the right to use general techniques, skills, and knowledge gained during the project. Third-party assets (fonts, images, plugins) may be subject to their own licenses.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are typically 50% upfront and 50% upon project completion, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Invoices are due within 14 days of receipt. Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services.
Confidentiality
I agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during our engagement. I am happy to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) upon request.
Limitation of Liability
My liability is limited to the amount paid for services. I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of deliverables or services provided.
Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Upon termination, payment is due for all work completed up to the termination date.
Changes to Terms
I reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to active clients.
